The East Coast of Singapore is seeing a boom in new launches these few months. Besides One Meyer, Nyon, and Coastline Residences, the former Casa Meyfort site will be transformed into the Meyer Mansion condo by developer GuocoLand.

All these projects are on freehold land unlike Sky Habitat, which is on 99 year leasehold land. That’s one of the main attractions of District 15, the other being its sea views. Which residents of Meyer Mansion will get too, along with the ECP noise, it must be said.

This is undoubtedly an upmarket district, comprised almost exclusively of private landed houses and luxury condominiums.
