Sky Habitat Site Plan
The Sky Habitat site plan layout is designed to maximise air movement and minimise the effects of Singapore’s tropical climate. The two 38-storey towers sit on an elevated landscaped deck, in a staggered A-frame that invites cross-ventilation and multiple views for every unit.
Joining the 2 towers are 3 sky bridges – at levels 14, 26 and 38 – on which are laid out communal facilities including an infinity pool on the 38th floor. So all residents get to enjoy some pretty nice views, including to MacRitchie Reservoir and the city skyline and Singapore flyer.

One of the pools is located at the top-most level, to offer extensive views around. As far as to MacRitchie Reservoir.
At ground level, there is a grand entry court and drop off point, which leads to the carpark. (The bin centre has its own entrance). Above that, on the elevated landscaped deck, sit most of the facilities. So vehicular traffic is segregated from the facilities and gardens, which makes it a safe environment for children.
