NEW CONDO LAUNCHES . LIV CONDO AT Mountbatten

Another project that is launching for sale quite close to the CBD is the Liv condo at Mountbatten. This is a 99 year leasehold condominium project at the corner of Arthur Road and Mountbatten Road. It will feature 298 residential apartments on quite a large site, with lots of lovely landscaping. Many of these units will enjoy quite good views around too, as it overlooks a landed estate.
The Liv condo at MB is being developed by Bukit Sembawang Estates. They are planning to launch in for sale in either May or June 2022. There is likely to be fairly good demand for this project as it is barely 3 to 4 minutes walk from Katong Park MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Liv at Mountbatten is also around just 10 minutes drive from the Marina Bay Financial District and Raffles Place.
